With over a decade of corporate experience at Renault, and startup experience at Time Base Six, I am currently running Frequance-Labs, where I lead our mission to deliver innovative automation and process improvement solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs.

My background at Renault, C0D3R and Kinesis Network refined my expertise in RPA, customer success, business developement and process optimization, focusing on efficiency, client satisfaction, and impactful service.

At Renault, my initial drive was to automate repetitive tasks as I often found myself bogged down by routine data entries. This sparked a journey into workflow automation, eventually leading a community dev-team in the IT department dedicated to process optimization.

Transitioning to Time Base Six, I dove into the chaotic world of Web3, managing a portfolio of 2000+ retail customer accounts, providing personalized support and ensuring rapid resolution of inquiries. By introducing key product features and reducing employee workload, I helped foster strong client relationships and contributed to the company’s growth. Now, at FrequanceLabs, since 2022, I've been leveraging this experience to build robust automation tools enriched with AI-driven solutions, empowering our clients to streamline operations and achieve success with efficiency and innovation.
